Character and Citizenship Education (CCE)

The Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) Department is dedicated to nurturing every child into a confident learner and caring individual—developing them as Thinkers Today, Leaders Tomorrow.

Our programmes are thoughtfully designed to support the holistic development of every student. We believe that every child can learn, serve, and shine in their own unique way. Through our customised Values Education Programme, students experience daily positive messaging and engaging classroom lessons that strengthen important values such as respect, integrity, care, and excellence. These are closely integrated with the Form Teacher Guidance Period (FTGP), where students build strong social-emotional skills to navigate relationships and challenges.

We adopt a whole-school approach to Positive Education, encouraging mindfulness and a growth mindset so that students develop resilience, confidence, and a love for learning. Our students are also guided to become active and informed citizens, with opportunities to explore both national and global issues through meaningful, age-appropriate discussions.

Beyond the classroom, our strong Case Management system ensures that every child is well-supported in their emotional, learning, and developmental needs. We work closely with teachers and parents to provide a caring and enabling environment where each student can thrive.

Through these experiences, we aim to grow not only academically inclined learners, but also empathetic individuals who are ready to contribute positively to the community.
